For the expo Verknipt, an art platform WARP invited about twenty artists to create a new work of art, starting from an original copy of Signaal, a German military propaganda magazine that had a major impact on the dissemination of information in the occupied territories during the Second World War.

My work is based on the spread sheet from one of the Signaal’s with a photo titled: ‘Somewhere in France. End of defensive city’.   ‘Somewhere in Europe. Construction of reality’ is built up upon that photo.  Not everything is what it seems to be…
